NewMedia Invision 99 Festival Adds Rob Glaser, RealNetworks Founder And Ceo To Line-Up Of Web Visionaries

SAN MATEO, CALIF. (NOVEMBER 05, 1999 - This year, the NewMedia INSIGHT Conference will pay tribute to four Web Visionaries who paved the way to the Internet's success. The most recent individual to appear on this distinguished list is Rob Glaser, Founder and CEO of RealNetworks, Inc.

Glaser, along with Ellen Pack, founder of Women.com, Mark Kvamme, chairman of the board for USWeb/CKS, and Al Ramadan, President, founder and CEO of Quokka Sports, will be recipients of the first Web Visionary award. Each will be interviewed on stage by a NewMedia editor as part of the INSIGHT Conference, giving attendees an opportunity to hear them speak candidly and providing unequivocal insight not likely to be heard elsewhere.

The INSIGHT Conference is part of the NewMedia INVISION 99 Festival, held November 10-12 at the W Hotel in San Francisco.
