Live365 Promotes Kathryn Daley To Chief Financial Officer
FOSTER CITY, CA (APRIL 17, 2001) - Live365 (www.live365.com), the world’s largest Internet broadcasting community with more than 30,000 Internet radio stations, announced today the promotion of Kathryn Daley to Chief Financial Officer from Vice President of Finance.
Under her new title, Daley will continue to oversee all aspects of the finance, accounting, and administration groups and will be responsible for Live365’s business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Delivering more than 18 years of accounting and management experience to her new role, Daley will be an instrumental ingredient to the continued success of Live365’s continued success and growth.

Prior to joining Live365, Daley provided pre-IPO management consulting services for various Internet and telecom start-ups, specializing in broadband, DSL, and traditional Internet access service provider companies. She was instrumental as Controller and Vice President of Finance at TCI.net, which launched the @Home Network (now AT&T and Excite@Home). In addition, she managed the financial reporting and practices for the launch of Fox Television’s F/X and F/X Movie stations.
