FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

INTERNET RADIO LEADER LIVE365 ANNOUNCES ITS PRIVATE LABEL RADIO SERVICES

Live365 introduces offering for businesses and commercial radio stations at the National Association of Broadcasters conference taking place at San Francisco’s Moscone Center

FOSTER CITY, CA (September 22, 2000) – Live365, the world’s premier Internet broadcasting community, announced today the addition of a private label radio selection. This unique addition will be an alternate Web site that Live365’s commercial partners can visit for information and tools related to their broadcast—a secured alternate area to which the other broadcasters will not have access. Partners’ access would include the capability to broadcast specific listener information not available in traditional media delivery, including: current number of listeners, average time spent listening, and much more.

“The concept is to give radio stations an avenue for alternate content to be distributed over the Web,” says Darryl LaRue, Director of Business Development for Live365. “They will be using Easycast and have access to more than the average Live365 user.”

Some of the special features offered to partners who pay a monthly service and set-up fee include:

• Color scheme to match look and feel of the Web site • Large logo representation • Editable information area • Playlist information • Built-in “playerless” player • Link to private message boards • Compatibility with most streaming platforms including: Real, Window Media, Winamp, Soundjam (Mac), etc.

With over 18,000 simultaneous broadcasts, Live365 continues to revolutionize Internet broadcasting and the addition of their Private Label Radio highlights their unmatched presence on the Internet.
