Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PressContact website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our systems.

Service Scope

PressContact provides public relations, communications strategy, and media intelligence services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between PressContact and the Client.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and proprietary tools on this site are the property of PressContact LLC. Clients retain ownership of their specific confidential information and pre-existing IP.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PressContact LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PressContact in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Website tool guidance

Use tools only for material you are authorized to share. Do not submit credentials, confidential records or sensitive incident details, misrepresent facts, impersonate someone or invent evidence. AI-generated pitches, reviews, plans and briefs are working drafts. Verify facts, quotations, links and claims before use.

Outputs do not constitute legal, securities, incident-response or regulatory advice. Qualified professionals must make those decisions. Tools require authentication and completed registration, and rate limits protect availability. A meeting request is not a confirmed appointment unless the connected calendar returns confirmation.

Markdown files and Obsidian notes are copies you control after export. The website does not read or synchronize changes in your local vault.
