Data we collect

PressContact collects information needed to provide its website and communications services. Contact and registration data includes your name, email, company affiliation, role, sector and any phone number you provide. Account details, saved tool inputs and outputs, vault preferences and meeting requests are stored to provide the features you use.

Hosting and platform services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and usage information for operations and security. Optional website analytics loads only after you allow it in the permission bar. If you decline, the site does not load the optional analytics script.

How information is used

Information is used to provide services, execute client agreements, manage accounts and relationships, respond to enquiries, deliver communications work and requested updates, protect the site and comply with applicable obligations. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

Account authentication and access

Authentication uses Manus OAuth. This website does not ask for your Manus password. Account checks restrict access to saved member work. No digital service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Contact information and Nimble

Registration asks for consent to send your contact details to PressContact's Nimble CRM for account and relationship management. Private tool inputs, generated results and booking messages are not sent to Nimble. PressContact does not sell your personal information.

AI-assisted tools and content

Inputs are sent to the platform's AI service to generate a response. Inputs and outputs are saved to your account. Do not submit passwords, personal records, confidential incident details or material you are not authorized to share. Public and client-facing work requires human review and source verification; immediate tool results are working drafts.

PressContact does not intentionally submit confidential client information to a public AI service without authorization. The AI and content policy provides further details.

Google meetings

When PressContact's Google Calendar connection is active, booking details are sent to Google to create the meeting and invitation. Otherwise this site stores a request for follow-up, not a confirmed appointment. Public availability does not expose the agency's calendar event descriptions or attendee lists.

Obsidian exports

Your chosen vault name is saved to support exports you initiate. Exports use your local Obsidian URI handler and clipboard. The website cannot read your vault or perform automatic two-way synchronization. Exported files and notes are copies you control.

Third-party services

Hosting, authentication, AI processing, CRM and connected Google services process the information needed for their respective functions. The site does not send private tool material to the CRM or publish it automatically.

Your rights and contact

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. Requests may require identity verification.
