Executive communications that get your CEO quoted, booked and published

Bylines, speaking slots, awards and reporter relationships, tracked in one system.

The problem

Your CEO has useful ideas, but the proof, pitches and follow-through live in separate places. I turn that scattered work into a focused communications system your team can use when a byline, booking, award or urgent issue matters.

What I do

  • CEO narrative, message house and media-ready talking points
  • Byline development and editorial outreach
  • Speaking, podcast and award opportunity management
  • Reporter relationship tracking and response-ready counsel

How an engagement works

I audit your existing proof, build a practical visibility plan, shape bylines and speaking materials, track opportunities and reporter context, and coach the CEO before interviews. For a breach or other fast-moving issue, I help establish the first 72-hours communications workflow, coordinate approved facts and prepare stakeholder and media responses; I do not provide legal advice or promise coverage.

The first 30 days

  1. Days 1–7: I review your goals, existing proof, executive calendar, approvals and current media relationships.
  2. Days 8–15: I agree the CEO narrative, priority audiences and a working list of byline, speaking and award opportunities.
  3. Days 16–30: I deliver the first pitch or byline package, set the tracker and response rhythm, and run a short interview-prep session.

Questions

Is this only for cybersecurity CEOs?

No. I have worked across technology and cybersecurity, and I start with the CEO’s expertise, audience and evidence rather than a fixed industry script.

Can you write the CEO’s byline?

Yes. I can interview the CEO, shape the point of view, draft in a credible first-person voice and prepare the piece for editorial review. Publication remains the editor’s decision.

Do you handle awards and speaking opportunities?

Yes. I can identify relevant opportunities, prepare submissions or abstracts, track deadlines and keep the supporting proof organized. Selection is controlled by each organizer.

What happens if a breach occurs during the engagement?

I help set the first 72-hours communications workflow, keep approved facts and audiences clear, and prepare updates with your incident, executive and legal teams. I do not provide legal clearance.
