INTERNET WORLD, LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, MARCH 13, 1997 -- The Internet Developers Association (IDA) and the Webmasters' Guild today jointly announced an affiliation to explore how to better promote, educate, and support members of the Internet and Web communities. Under their Letter of Intent Agreement, both of these leading organizations will evaluate how to best utilize their complementary strengths to support the needs of their respective members, presently totalling almost 3000 members and
