The Situation
Datavault AI needed one communications function to make very different announcements legible: AI infrastructure, data monetization, tokenization, cybersecurity, strategic minerals and public-company disclosures. The risk was fragmentation. Each announcement could be technically accurate and still leave investors, reporters, partners and customers with a different understanding of what the company was building.
From February through August 2026, I served as Head of Public Relations and the company's sole in-house press contact under SEC Regulation FD. I worked directly with the CEO on announcements, executive messaging and media preparation while building the operating system behind the work: message development, release planning, wire distribution, monitoring, journalist research and executive reporting.
The communications mandate
The mandate was to create consistency without flattening the differences between the programs. That meant building a repeatable communications process, translating technical material into audience-specific narratives, and coordinating with investor relations, legal and outside securities counsel where disclosure sensitivity mattered.
The Work
- Built the communications function across six technology platforms instead of treating each announcement as an isolated PR task.
- Turned GPU infrastructure, edge computing, zero-trust security, quantum-resistant systems, mining and NIL programs into distinct, media-ready narratives.
- Coordinated corporate, partner, M&A, financing, governance, policy and executive communications within one operating rhythm.
- Established a repeatable process for wire distribution, media intelligence, journalist research, targeted pitching and executive reporting, with human review of AI-assisted research.
Selected Public Releases
The linked releases show the range of programs the communications function had to connect without implying that the archive alone proves coverage, impressions or business outcomes.
AI infrastructure and data-center communications
The release record shows a progression from infrastructure positioning to announced deployment and financing:
- Datavault AI goes live with first edge GPU sites in New York and Philadelphia
- Datavault AI announces a $120 million contribution to fund 100-city GPU expansion
- Datavault AI positions its distributed edge network ahead of the CLARITY Act vote
- Datavault AI provides its Q1 2026 business update
- Datavault AI announces QESTREL tokenization and a sovereign cybersecure edge AI super-compute program
These releases support the narrower claim that the communications program covered AI infrastructure, distributed GPU capacity, edge computing and policy context. They do not, by themselves, prove that I managed the physical rollout or caused the company outcomes.
Mining, metals and real-world asset communications
The archive also documents communications around mining, strategic metals and the tokenization of physical resources:
- U.S. mined and refined metals and rare earth elements to be tokenized in a Datavault AI deal
- Datavault AI and CopperCore announce tokenization of high-grade copper resources
- Datavault AI and Kings Mine Capital agree to establish a $150 million GoldVault tokenization program
- Datavault AI and Patriot Strategic Metals license technology and establish a purchasing fund
These releases show the communications challenge of explaining resource-backed tokenization, strategic-minerals partnerships and technology licensing to business, finance and technology audiences without collapsing distinct announcements into one claim.
NIL, athlete data and public-facing sports communications
The release record also includes a separate NIL and athlete-monetization program:
- Datavault AI deploys ADIŌR at the NFL Draft and advances the NILX platform
- Tyson Fury joins Datavault AI as an international spokesperson for athlete data monetization
These announcements required a different communications frame from the infrastructure and mining work: translating athlete data, NIL economics and a public-facing spokesperson relationship into a clear platform story for sports, business and technology audiences.
Cybersecurity, governance and public-company communications
The archive also contains disclosure-sensitive work around security leadership, audit governance, financing and a proposed CyberCatch transaction:
- Datavault AI and CyberCatch announce a binding letter of intent
- Datavault AI names a chief information security officer
- Datavault AI appoints an independent registered public accounting firm
This evidence supports a case-study narrative about coordinating communications across security, governance and public-company requirements. It should not be presented as legal or investor-relations advice.
Partnerships, transactions and platform expansion
A separate group of releases shows the breadth of partner and transaction communications:
- Datavault AI enters a definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX
- Datavault AI and the Demora Foundation execute a technology integration agreement
- Datavault AI and AGSensor Solutions announce a consulting partnership
These are useful evidence blocks because they demonstrate different announcement types: acquisition, technology integration and commercial partnership.
Executive and public-facing communications
The archive also includes executive visibility and public-facing partnership work:
- Datavault AI signs a partnership with 21 in Right to advance Roberto Clemente’s legacy
- Datavault AI signs as exclusive technology partner powering Mandela Digital and the Mandela Dollar
These releases show that the communications function had to move between highly technical infrastructure stories and broader public-facing narratives without losing message discipline.
