Where AI may be used
PressContact may use AI-assisted tools for research organization, drafting support, summarization, editorial workflow, image concepts and internal media-intelligence tasks. AI tools support the work; they do not independently set client strategy, approve public claims or replace professional judgment.
Human review and source verification
Generated member-tool outputs are working drafts, not approved public statements. Public articles and final client-facing materials are reviewed by a person before publication or delivery. Factual claims, dates, quotations, URLs, security advisories and other material assertions are checked against available primary or credible independent sources. Unverified material is not presented as confirmed fact.
Privacy and confidential information
PressContact does not intentionally submit confidential client information to a public AI service without authorization. Do not enter credentials, confidential incident details or material you are not authorized to share into the member tools. Information handling, analytics, contact data and removal requests are described in the Privacy Policy.
Images and disclosure
Some visual assets may be AI-assisted or generated. They are reviewed for brand accuracy, misleading elements, accessibility and template compliance. PressContact does not use AI-generated imagery to represent a real person, client result, publication logo or event unless that use is clearly identified and authorized.
